What we offer
Two focused programs to start: TRT and GLP-1 medical weight loss. Built for professional standards — not a “menu” of gimmicks.
TRT (scheduled medication)
Testosterone cypionate injection, cream, or oral (when clinically appropriate), with lab-guided monitoring and required synchronous visits.
TRT alternative (non-scheduled)
Enclomiphene (ODT) option with broader coverage, mixing synchronous + asynchronous follow-ups.
GLP-1 medical weight loss
GLP-1 care (semaglutide or tirzepatide options) with clinician oversight and dose progression to steady state.
Why first responders & military are at higher risk
Police, fire, EMS, and military live in a different physiological environment than the average desk job: irregular sleep, chronic stress, exposure hazards, and a “perform anyway” culture. That mix can increase risk for low testosterone symptoms and metabolic dysfunction (weight gain, insulin resistance). Not everyone needs TRT or GLP-1 — but these groups often need a more serious evaluation earlier.
Shift work & sleep disruption
Rotating schedules, nights, and interrupted sleep can disrupt hormones, appetite signaling, recovery, and training adaptation — the exact inputs that drive performance and body composition.
High stress load (acute + chronic)
Operational stress, adrenaline cycles, and cumulative burnout can compound fatigue, low libido, mood changes, and poor recovery — symptoms that can overlap with low T and other medical issues.
Exposure & inflammation
Smoke, particulate matter, solvents, and occupational exposures can increase inflammatory burden. Inflammation and poor sleep can worsen metabolic health and recovery capacity.
Injury + pain cycles
Repetitive strain and injuries can reduce training consistency, push weight gain, and impair sleep — a setup for worsening metabolic markers and “feeling older than your age.”
Weight standards + gear reality
Heavy gear, long shifts, and inconsistent meals make “perfect macros” unrealistic. GLP-1 care can be a medical tool for the right candidate — not a shortcut — when lifestyle-only isn’t enough.
What we do differently
We evaluate symptoms + labs, rule out look-alikes (sleep apnea, thyroid issues, depression, meds), and treat only when appropriate. That’s how you avoid “cookie-cutter” TRT and pointless prescriptions.
Educational content only. Not medical advice. Low testosterone symptoms overlap with many conditions. A licensed clinician must evaluate your history and labs to determine appropriateness and safety.
Month-to-month pricing (base 1-month)
Base 1-month patient pricing. Patients are charged every 28 days. Longer-term prepay options may reduce the effective monthly cost (see FAQ).
TRT — Testosterone (Base)
Testosterone cypionate injection, cream, or oral + anastrozole (if clinically appropriate).
$169per 4 weeks
- Initial labs + synchronous visit
- Month-1 labs + synchronous visit
- Quarterly labs + synchronous visits after stabilization
- Discreet fulfillment coordination
TRT Alternative — Enclomiphene
Enclomiphene (12.5/25mg ODT) + anastrozole (if clinically appropriate).
$189per 4 weeks
- Initial labs + synchronous visit
- Month-1 labs + synchronous visit
- Quarterly labs + mix of async/sync follow-ups
- Discreet fulfillment coordination
GLP-1 — Medical Weight Loss
Base month-to-month pricing depends on medication type.
From $249per 4 weeks
- Initial prescheduled synchronous visit
- Monthly async review during dose progression
- Quarterly async visits once at steady state
- Discreet delivery
How it works
1) Take the assessment
Quick screen to route you to TRT or GLP-1 and set expectations before checkout.
2) Secure intake
Complete a secure online intake through our patient portal. A licensed clinician reviews your history and labs.
3) Clinical decision
If appropriate, a prescription is issued and fulfillment is coordinated. If not, you’ll get clear next steps and options.
Educational content only. Not medical advice. Evaluation and treatment are provided by licensed clinicians when clinically appropriate. Prime Doctor RX does not provide emergency services. If you have urgent symptoms, seek immediate care.
About the Owner
Veteran & firefighter owned — built with the same standard we expect on the job: do it right, don’t cut corners, tell the truth.
I’ve spent 13 years in the fire service and 19 years in the Army. I’m a Fire Captain at a major metropolitan department, and I’ve worked in some of the busiest houses. I’m also a Master Sergeant (MSG) in the United States Army.
I’ve always been performance-focused—BJJ, CrossFit, HYROX, Tough Mudders—and I’ve consistently been within 10 points of maxing the Army fitness test. But as I got older, it became harder to maintain the same recovery and drive—while the demands didn’t let up: long shifts, mandatory overtime, training the next generation, and still showing up at home.
Prime Doctor RX is built on a simple promise: clinical standards and transparent pricing. Whether you’re a first responder, a veteran, or neither — you deserve straightforward care that respects your time and tells you the truth.
Other companies bury you in surprise fees. We don’t. We’re here to build a community around doing things the right way — high-quality care, zero nonsense.
FAQ
Do you prescribe to everyone who signs up?
What’s the difference between asynchronous (async) and synchronous (sync) visits?
Asynchronous (async) visits happen without a live appointment. You submit updates (messages, questionnaires, vitals, side effects, progress), and a clinician reviews and responds later through the secure portal.
Some medications and state rules require more sync visits (especially at the start). Routine check-ins, lab reviews, and dose adjustments can often be handled async when clinically appropriate.
Can I save money by paying up front for a longer term?
Are GLP-1s guaranteed / always available?
What does “no hidden fees” actually mean?
Is shipping discreet?
Some services and state availability may change based on regulatory requirements. If you have emergency symptoms, call emergency services or go to the nearest ER.
