1) Billing and Recurring Charges
Some Services are offered on a recurring billing cycle (for example, every 28 days). When you enroll in a recurring plan, you authorize Prime Doctor RX and/or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method on the schedule disclosed to you at checkout or in your patient portal.
- You are responsible for maintaining a current, valid payment method on file.
- If a charge is declined, we may retry the charge and/or pause Services until payment is resolved.
- Fees are not contingent upon receiving a prescription or treatment recommendation.
2) Cancellations
You may request cancellation at any time. To avoid your next scheduled renewal charge, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before your next billing date.
You can request cancellation through the patient portal (if available) or by emailing support@primedoctorrx.com.
3) Professional Services and Clinical Review
Fees for professional services (such as clinician review, consultations, care coordination, documentation, and clinical decision-making) are generally non-refundable once the service has been performed.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support at support@primedoctorrx.com for review.
4) Medication Policies
Once a pharmacy has dispensed, prepared, or shipped medication, we typically cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to safety and regulatory requirements. Limited exceptions may apply, such as:
- Damage in transit (timely photo documentation may be required)
- Incorrect medication shipped due to a fulfillment error
- Other circumstances required by applicable law
Report delivery issues within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate with the carrier and/or pharmacy.
5) Shipping Policy
- Shipping timelines vary based on clinical review, laboratory requirements, verification steps, and pharmacy processing.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and being available to receive deliveries when required.
- Some medications may be temperature-sensitive and may require special handling and delivery windows.
6) Chargebacks and Billing Disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact support first at support@primedoctorrx.com. Billing disputes or chargebacks may delay Services while the matter is reviewed and resolved.
