Prime Doctor RX uses safeguards designed to protect your information. You are responsible for choosing a private location for telehealth sessions and maintaining the security of your devices, accounts, and internet connection.

Lab testing may be required before starting treatment and periodically thereafter. Prescriptions and treatment plans are provided only when a licensed clinician determines they are clinically appropriate and permitted by applicable law. There is no guarantee that a prescription will be provided.
